Fransgård V-3021 je kompakten gozdarski vitel, zasnovan za hitro, varno in učinkovito spravilo lesa na kmetijah ter v manjših gozdnih sestojih. Z vlečno silo 3 t zanesljivo potegne tudi težji les, hkrati pa nizka masa 175 kg omogoča uporabo z manjšimi traktorji moči 18 – 35 KM.
Opremljen je z jekleno žico dolžine 40 m (maks. 45 m), ki se navija s hitrostjo 0,6 – 1,5 m/s pri 540 vrt/min, kar omogoča hitro in učinkovito delo. Sistem vodila žice ter zgornji in spodnji valj (višina zgornjega 120 cm / spodnjega 42 cm) skrbita za enakomerno navijanje brez križanja in dodatnih obremenitev.
Zaščitna rešetka dimenzije 71 × 104 cm ter skupna višina vitla z varnostno mrežo 145 cm zagotavljata visoko stopnjo varnosti upravljavca med delom. Stabilnost pri vleki dodatno povečuje buldožerska deska širine 100 cm, ki pomaga pri sidranju traktorja in potiskanju hlodovine.
Pogon poteka preko kardana, ki je vključen v kompletu, sredinska postavitev PTO priklopa pa razbremeni kardansko gred in podaljšuje njeno življenjsko dobo. Sklopka je enostavno nastavljiva, upravljanje z vrvico pa omogoča hitro in natančno kontrolo vleke. Vgrajen zavorni sistem preprečuje nekontrolirano odvijanje žice ter dodatno povečuje varnost pri delu.
